These Terms of Service govern your use of grandstrandduilawyer.com (the “site”), operated by Johnny Gardner Law, P.A., 1310 Second Avenue, Upstairs, Conway, South Carolina 29526, telephone (843) 248-7135. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. Text messaging program

Who sends the messages, and what they contain

Text messages under this program are sent by Johnny Gardner Law, P.A. We send two categories of messages:

  • Non-marketing messages: replies to questions you send us, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and case-related updates.
  • Marketing messages: firm news and information about our services. Consent to marketing messages is requested separately and is never required.

How you opt in

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages in the chat window on this site, by texting our office at (843) 248-7135, or by giving your number and your consent to a member of our staff by telephone or in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any legal service or representation. We do not purchase or rent phone numbers, and we do not message anyone who has not opted in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with our office.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or call our office at (843) 248-7135 during business hours.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers and your information

The program is available on most major United States wireless carriers. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. This site is not legal advice
